From Disability to Employment: The Path to Success

The integration of disabled individuals into the workforce enriches not only their lives but also society as a whole. Our Erasmus+ project strives to enhance disabled individuals’ access to employment and help them thrive in the professional world through various training and support initiatives. The path to success in our project not only helps disabled individuals develop their skills but also fosters positive interactions with employers. This, in turn, raises awareness about disabilities in the workplace, creating a more inclusive working environment.
